1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are the directly OEM&ODM factory and exporter with ISO9001 standard quality management.
2.Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
A:Yes,we do. OEM/ODM orders are warmly welcomed. Please show us your artwork of size, material, color, design, packing solution and so on.
3.Q:What format of file do you need if i want to get customized design?
A:We have our own designer and sewer in house. So please provide us the format in JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. It will be great if you have your own sample.
4.Q:What’s your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 100pcs.
5.Q:Do you have professional QC(Quality Control), QA(Quality Assurance)?
A:Yes, we do. We train our QC team periodically. Our QC team on site throughout the whole production.We test raw materials and finished goods. We do final inspection before shipment.
6.Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Mass production time: 20-45days (Depends on the Qty) after sample approved.
7.Q:What’s the payment?
A:Usually we do T/T, we can also accept L/C, Trade Assurance and Western Union. Sample need full payment; For bulk order, we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
